Mada's Geocaching

I do relize that this post is "off." I will come back soon and finish it up. Apparently the video didn't load and a few of the explanations for the pictures are messed up. Plus, I had a few more pictures to add. In the meantime, enjoy the the raw blog ;)

We decided to go out again and try and do a little geocaching after church. Madison brought her camera and took all sorts of pictures. As we were looking around for our treasures, I kept seeing Mada taking pictures of leaves, stairs, moss and such. Here is a glimpse of our day, taken from Mada's point of view.

This is a geological marker. You'll find these all around. They are the official longitude/latitude.

A light that has interested Mada, on a stair near the Court House.

Our 2nd time to a spot that we knew had a cache, we looked and looked. The kids climbed trees and scrambled around the bushes. Finally, we spotted it hidden under a tree in some moss. Mada's commentary.

Hi Sarah, I couldn't find an email address, so I thought I'd come here and say thanks for all of your wonderful comments today! I responded to all of them within the posts, but wanted to let you know how happy they made me. :) By the way... the "Tillamook" in the sign caught my eye. Is that Tillamook as in the BEST cheese ever? How lucky are you :)

Hope your weekend was great!
