It was Bible Character Day today at school. Maddie was Marium, Moses's sister. Reece was super strong Samson. As you know, Marium helped saved Moses when he was a baby, by watching him when he was in the river. So Maddie put a baby in the basket and took that school. She fashioned herself with one of her daddy's shirts with a scarf wrapped around her waist. She actually won the contest today as best costume. YEAH!!!!Samson in the Bible, is known for his strength and long hair (source of his strength). Reece made some paper hair and attached it to his hat. He borrowed a spiderman suit from his little cousin Logan (Thank you buddy!!) and put another one of Daddy's shirts on over the costume. He has a belt on too, when he left the house this morning. Apparently, it came off sometime during the day. Reece was pretty bumbed he didn't win today. He got upstage by a kid who was a Shepard and brought a real goat to school! There is no way to top a real goat in our books. Perhaps tomorrow.

That is hilarious. You could have let him take in the dog dressed up as a goat... Oh well.
Good thing Daddy had extra shirts that the kids could use too.
